7. Refunds and Limitations

Consulting and professional services fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. For software licences and subscriptions, refund policies follow the respective vendor terms. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Grout Coffee AI (UEN: 201938472K). Custom AI models and deliverables developed for clients are governed by the intellectual property clauses in individual service agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability
